We are a group of seniors and retirees in the church, both couples and singles, that get together once a month and for a variety of events. We generally meet on the 2nd Monday of the month, but meeting dates vary according to the event. Any member or friend of the church is invited to join us. We meet from April to December as many of our members go south for the winter. Come back in April 2018 when we will meet to plan out our exciting year of events! Here is a sampling of what we enjoyed together in 2017: Great Lakes Chorus Barbershop Concert; Ford Museum; Silversides Submarine Museum, Muskegon; Silver Lake Picnic; Recycling Center Tour; Bingo at Home for Veterans; Travelogue of Member Trip to the Holy Lands; and, Annual Christmas Potluck.
The Holy Rollers (teams formed in September) meets at the Rockford Lanes once a month on the 3rd Friday night of each month during the program year.
The FCC Angels play in a local church league each Tuesday night from May to August from 6:30–9 P.M. Game locations vary throughout the season.
During the spring months, 6- to 8-person groups get together at home or at a restaurant for a meal and fellowship with lots of laughter.
